Which Mac download should I choose?
Click the Apple icon at the top left of your Mac and select "About This Mac". If it lists an M-series chip such as M1, M2, M3, M4, M5, or newer, choose Apple silicon. If it lists an Intel processor, choose Intel Mac.
Most Macs released after 2020 use Apple silicon. If you're unsure, try the Apple silicon download first. If it doesn't work, come back and try the Intel Mac download instead.
Where do I sign in?
After downloading and installing Henry AI, open the Henry AI app and sign in there.
Where are my licence keys?
Your licence keys should be emailed to you shortly after purchase. If you haven't received them, make sure you check the inbox for the email address you used for your purchase.
